emTech, AI and Agentic BIM
Xpresso-4X will also feature extensive coverage of new AI technologies and solutions, as well as other emerging technology (emTech), which is the newsletter’s focus. We will also share additional insights into what is happening at the Nemetschek Group (public information) and our speculations on where we think things are headed, and should be headed.
This image is of neoBIM’s industry-first BIM tool written from the ground up for agentic AI. We will publish a contribution article from these new folks in Xpresso-4X in the upcoming issue and will be covering them in another special feature around Thanksgiving time (later mid November).
The agentic AI race is a faster-paced competitive landscape than the earlier AI chatbot phase. The stakes are tremendous. And it shows in the sheer number of AI-focused startups that we noted came to AIA San Diego in June.
