The Wild, one of the most engaging and technical innovative VR software solutions for AEC, has recently introduced a new ‘Tours’ feature that aid collaborative presentations in VR/AR.
Tours Feature
Tours helps AEC and design teams frame focused visual stories through their design spaces. During a time when most folks are working from home, VR tools have become even more in demand. However, not all solutions in the market have the features to organize presentations and collaborative working sessions with this kind of focus.
“One of our greatest challenges is to cut through the distractions that surround us and create a focused and compelling expression of our ideas,” says Gabe Paez, Founder and CEO of The Wild.
“Tours in The Wild empowers you to craft a story that will focus everyone on your desired framing. You can set the terms of the discussion and create your most powerful pitch,” he adds.
Tours adds features that organize sequential frames of a project, enabling everyone who is participating to stay focused on the goals of the conversation at hand. Tours enables all participants to get a front-row view of a designer’s ideas regardless of where they are located in the world, but the interface now helps participants stay focused together with the presenter(s) as they navigate a spatial environment around the key issues that are being framed in the story.
To help get this concept really across, imagine a curated walk-through of a museum. Now imagine that virtually except for everyone involved, you get to be the person who always has the best view as the curator (The Wild presenter) takes you through the space or spaces that encompass their key story goals.
