SU Podium Rendering Plugin updated for SketchUp 2015, Podium Walker Updated

Cadalog updates SU Podium rendering plugin for new 64-bit SketchUp 2015, including update to Podium Walker its animation program.

The Cadalog folks have now noted that SU Podium for Windows and Mac version of SketchUp is now updated (to version V2.18.969) and importantly now runs on the new 64-bit version of SketchUp 2015.

The new version also has multi-byte language support and Japanese is the first non-English language to be added. The company reports that Korean, Chinese, German and French will follow in the near future.

Importantly, if SU Podium users are planning to migrate to SketchUp 2015, they must update to this latest version of Podium to be fully compatible, issue free. Mac users, running the latest operating systems, may encounter the “unsigned developer” issue upon installation. For users of the latest two versions of Mac OS X, the fix to this to reset security settings in the system preferences (see image below).

The latest version of SU Podium V2, is compatible with SketchUp 8, SketchUp 2013, SketchUp 2014 and SketchUp 2015.
