Graebert of Berlin, Germany, a pioneer in developing high-performance CAD solutions across desktop, mobile, and cloud, has announced this week that they have achieved Amazon Web Services (AWS) Industrial Software Competency status.

What the Designation Means

The designation recognizes that Graebert has demonstrated technical proficiency and proven customer success building solutions targeting one or more primary steps in discrete manufacturing or process industries in the category of Product Design of the AWS Industrial Software Competency.

AWS Industrial Software Competency achieved companies produce specialized software solutions that enable the pace of innovation in discrete manufacturing industries while decreasing production and operational costs in their value chain.

The new designation of AWS Partner Network member differentiates the Berlin-based CAD developer as one that has delivered proven custom success featuring solutions utilizing Amazon’s AWS technology stack and using best practices with that technology.

With ARES Kudo we can potentially log in on any computer and access to our drawings online. We can also generate a URL that external users such as customers can use to read our file without editing rights.

“Graebert is proud to be one of the first APN partners to achieve AWS Industrial Software Competency status,” said Robert Graebert, Chief Technology Officer, Graebert. “The collaboration with AWS will enhance Graebert’s ability to build highly reliable and agile solutions, empowering our cloud-based CAD technology ARES Kudo.”

WS is enabling scalable, flexible, and cost-effective solutions from startups to global enterprises. To support the seamless integration and deployment of these solutions, AWS established the AWS Partner Competency Program to help customers identify Consulting and Technology APN Partners with deep industry experience and expertise.

Achieving AWS Industrial Software Competency Isn’t Easy

Achieving this designation wasn’t easy. APN Partners must undergo a rigorous technical validation process related to industry-specific technology as well as an assessment of the security, performance, and reliability of their solutions.
