Vectorworks, Inc., has announced this month that BUILD magazine’s “2018 Ones to Watch” award program has awarded the company the honor. The program showcases companies around the world that are innovating, trailblazing, and deserving of recognition.

BUILD Magazine Award

The BUILD Awards are dedicated to uncovering and rewarding the very best in technical innovation, design, and service from the worldwide construction and property industries. Vectorworks Architect was previously featured in BUILD’s January 2018 issue as a winner of the Visionaries in Technology award for its ongoing modernization and digitization of the architecture and construction sector.

To select honorees for the “Ones to Watch” program, the BUILD team evaluates company announcements, news articles, industry white papers, testimonials and more to find the best of the best.

“During our research team’s process, we were not surprised to see Vectorworks rise to the top once again,” said Daniel Hornsby, head of features at BUILD Magazine. “The BUILD team was impressed with the way Vectorworks continues to revolutionize the design and BIM technology arena, and we believe Vectorworks exemplifies the kind of technology company we want to recognize with this program.”

“I would like to thank BUILD magazine for honoring us with the 2018 ‘Ones to Watch’ award,” said Dan Monaghan, vice president of marketing at Vectorworks. “Innovation is something at the core of our company’s DNA. We’re always looking for ways to make the lives of our users better through software. So, this award is really about our users, who push for innovation and provide us with the inspiration to produce the world’s best BIM software.”

As part of its recognition, Vectorworks will be featured in BUILD magazine’s October 2018 issue.
