BIM in Hong Kong—Global VDC and Graphisoft enter into Strategic Partnership

The strategic goal of the partnership is to bring their combined holistic full life cycle building management experience to the industry. Graphisoft’s ArchiCAD will be at the heart of the BIM partnership.


Global Virtual Design and Construction Limited (Global VDC), a Hong Kong-based subsidiary of Yau Lee Holdings Limited and Graphisoft, a member of the Nemetschek Group, headquartered in Budapest, Hungary, announced a strategic partnership for the promotion and development of advanced BIM technology tailored for the specific needs of Hong Kong, including innovative “green building” design and asset management solutions.
