solidThinking, Inc., will be hosting an event on its latest version of solidThinking Evolve, version 2014.
Evolve 2014 adds many new features, as we’ve covered here in our news coverage. A big new feature is the new Live Linking to Luxion’s KeyShot rendering application. There are also new features focused on better modeling tools, object element isolation to improve workflow during modeling and object manipulation, as well as scene management and construction aids.
Many of the latest features are immediately visible in the UI (user-interface). The new KeyShot Live Linking button is new and visible in the lower section of the Tools palette on the left. The background button is common on viewports. The new hotkeys to snaps improve the UX (user experience) and allow the user to work faster. And there are many more new features.
