solidThinking adds Javelin Tech. to Growing Roster of VARs

First Canadian VAR partnership positions solidThinking for further International Expansion – solidThinking Continues to Grow Roster of Partners.


Global industrial design/styling software company solidThinking, Inc., has signed on Javelin Technologies Inc. to market, sell and support solidThinking, the industrial design industry’s top-selling cross-platform CAID tool. The advanced NURBS-based 3D CAID tool will be available via Javlin Technologies in Ontario and the Atlantic Canadian provinces. 

“As solidThinking’s first VAR in Canada, Javelin Technologies is pleased to empower industrial designers with software that helps them creatively, quickly and cost-effectively materialize their ideas in the digital space,” said John Carlan, managing director at Javelin Technologies.

Javelin Technologies has been offering 3D solutions and comprehensive training programs and customer technical support in a wide variety of industry segments for well over a decade.

solidThinking’s advanced class-A NURBS system is a full-featured 3D conceptual design tool created specifically for the needs of the industrial designer and stylist. solidThinking is the first and only computer-aided industrial design (CAID) tool in its class that runs on both Windows and Mac platforms, and it is compatible with computer-aided design, manufacturing, and engineering (CAD/CAM/CAE) software.
