The 24th annual CODiE Awards, sponsored by the Software & Information Industry Association (the SIIA), are celebrating outstanding achievement and vision in the software, digital, and educational technology industries.
Graphisoft’s ArchiCAD BIM Learning Studio has been named a finalist for a 2009 CODiE Award for “Best Workforce Training Solution.” It is the second consecutive year the company’s training software has been nominated.
ArchiCAD BIM Learning Studio has been recognized for is unique approach for helping architectural users of 2D CAD become familiar with working on 3D building information technology (BIM). The suite includes a core of technology tools called the BIM Experience Kit module, which won the 2008 International Stevie Award for Best Training Technology and was a finalist in the 2008 CODiE Award for Best Workforce Training Solution.
Through a unique peer review process involving both media specialists and industry experts, the CODiE Awards recognize 71 categories of outstanding products and services. Graphisoft is among 345 finalist companies which have demonstrated outstanding successes in technology and business. Nearly 190 judges, encompassing tech trade journalists, consultants, educators, IT and product specialists, and other knowledgeable yet neutral experts, have reviewed all of the products entered. The finalists were chosen from more than 850 nominations submitted by 600 companies.
