Fancy coding as a summer job this year? The Aqsis Team are looking for computer graphics students to participate in this year’s Summer of Code initiative, which is sponsored by Google.

The Aqsis Team are looking for computer graphics students to participate in this year’s Summer of Code initiative, which is sponsored by Google. Aqsis is an open-source 3D rendering solution adhering to the RenderMan standard defined by Pixar for professional production rendering. 

Successful applications will be offered a $4500.USD stipend for their work courtesy of Google. Application deadline is Apri 3, 2009. You can learn more by visiting here: http://wiki.aqsis.org/dev/soc_2009.
