We just purchased 2 licenses of Vue 7 xStream for Cinema4D r11 on MAc OS X and have not been able to use it due to instabilities. Cinema crashes CONTINUALLY!! Standalone Vue seem okay, but we bought this for integration with Cinema and cannot use it. $2400 currently down the tubes!!!
E-on Software said they are working frantically to fix stability issues, but I won’t believe it until I see it since I used Vue 5 Infinite a few years back. It was an unstable beast on the Mac and never got fixed within that version.
We are on OS X 10.5, using Mac Pro’s (8-core, 13GB RAM, ATI X1900 XT video card).

That is really unfortunate to hear. We have heard, generally, good things about Vue products on the Mac. But perhaps the instability issue is just tied to the plugin integration to C4D (not blaming Maxon of course!) If they know of the issue and are working on it that is a valuable thing to post to the community here so others may be aware of the issue.
