Viewpoint: The evolution of CAD on the Macintosh

Architosh feels honored to continue its Viewpoint article series with a wonderful historical and position essay on the history and evolution of CAD on the Macintosh, written by one of the industry’s esteemed founders in Europe, Sauro Agostini.

Mr. Agostini is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Interstudio, a technical software development house located in Pistoia in the mid-northern region of Tuscany. He has been involved in CAD and 3D software development on the Mac since the mid 1980’s, most significantly with the well-regarded Domus.Cad and Nonio C programs.
