Digital Energy has just announced the release of ODIN Safety, powered by Bentley Systems iTwin digital twin platform. Odin Safety is an HSE (health, safety, and environment) application that predicts and avoids industrial accidents by using AI (artificial intelligence).

Odin Safety 3D iTwin model accurately measures electricity usage of appliances. It makes shift handovers more efficient and less prone to accidents, as well as monitoring where accidents are likely to occur.

ODIN Safety provides industrial sites with significantly improved levels of safety by leveraging AI and digital twin technology. With Digital Energy’s unique HSE knowledge library and AI-powered predictive HSE, any organization can quickly access predictive safety insights, powerfully visualized by Bentley Systems iTwin platform.

Digital Energy CEO, Carsten Sonne-Schmidt tells us:

“We are thrilled to release the ODIN Safety application and include it in the Powered by iTwin program. The ODIN Safety solution helps managers and workers keep safe. It leverages existing data, a trained AI algorithm, and the digital twin to visualize leading indicators for risk against discipline, location, and life-saving rules. This enables an organization to prioritize its HSE focus to mitigate potential incidents quickly. This is a game changer for how we think and plan HSE-related activities.”

ODIN Safety provides valuable indicators and real-time digital advisories for risk assessment. The combination of its data and insights visualized with Bentley Systems iTwin technology makes it much easier for management to quickly assess the health and safety risks associated with any particular activity.

ODIN Safety also makes shift handovers more efficient and less prone to accidents because the next team has all the information it needs to work safely. The new shift also has the benefit of carefully calculated intelligence regarding where such accidents are likely to occur.

About Bentley Systems iTwin

Bentley’s iTwin platform is an open, scalable cloud-based platform that provides APIs (application programming interfaces) and services to help developers create digital twin applications. The platform takes care of back-end concerns such as security, infrastructure, and data integration so that developers can focus on building their applications and bringing them to market faster.
