Bluebeam, Inc., one of the global leaders of software for the AEC industry has announced XCON Anywhere, an immersive two-day virtual conference to be held online 28-29 September 2021. All sessions and lectures will be available on-demand for paid attendees.
XCON Anywhere
The Bluebeam Extreme Conference has been one of the hottest tech events to attend in the North American construction industry for years. With the global pandemic still impacting events in 2021, XCON Anywhere will bring Bluebeam’s annual customer-focused event to anyone anywhere in the world virtually.
Like in previous years, XCON brings together industry leaders, data champions, and process innovators to explore the latest trends in digital construction. It also helps attendees discover and understand and master Bluebeam’s software solutions and put them to good use on their projects for better outcomes.
What’s Featured
Like previous XCON’s this year’s event will feature customer-led lectures, multiple panel discussions, a special event with Fred Mills from The B1M, and two keynote presentations from Bluebeam’s executive team—one setting the tone and welcoming attendees to the conference, the second a Product Keynote providing glimpses and insights into the company’s vision for product and solution development for 2021 and beyond.
“It’s more meaningful than ever to get to welcome everyone back to XCON this year, and we’re energized to be able to collectively share the knowledge and lessons we’ve learned as an industry through Bluebeam’s new XCON Anywhere online experience,” says Jon Elliot, CEO of Bluebeam.
“We are truly fortunate to have the opportunity to host this virtual global gathering of focused, innovative AEC professionals; to come together, learn from one another and build on successes we’ve achieved as team members, companies, and as an industry over what may come to be seen as the most transformative period in our industry’s history.”

Training lectures will be tailored for beginner, intermediate, and advanced users, focusing on topics from collaborative constructability reviews, supercharging government e-Plan approvals, elevating the preconstruction process, eliminating time-consuming tasks with automation, and preparing your documents for use in the field.
The Bluebeam Extreme Awards will also be presented during XCON Anywhere. These awards recognize the innovators shaping the future of the built environment. And the awards are given out in 10 different categories, including Project of the Year and the newly created Bluebeam Impact Award. Previous winners have represented projects from AECOM, Skanska, Sundt, Turner, Zachary, Gensler, and over a dozen other leading builders.
