Abvent of France has updated its flagship 3D rendering program, releasing the new Artlantis 7. Abvent is specifically created for architects and designers and the latest version offers exciting new features like Twinlinker.
What’s New in Abvent 7
The new Artlantis 7 features new improvements to its rendering quality by way of improved artificial lights and adaptive anti-aliasing. The artificial light sampling method, which is more precise, improves the energy diffusion on the light sources in the 3D scene and reinforces the reflection of the satin materials with a brighter gloss.
A new more intelligent anti-aliasing detects the areas to be rendered and optimizes calculation and render times with no detrimental effects on the quality of the rendering.
Twinlinker
Twinlinker is called a “virtual visits app” by Abvent because it allows users to create and share virtual visits to their Artlantis and Twinmotion projects online instantly and simply.
Developed by Abvent Research and Development, Twinlinker is an entirely new application that fits naturally into the Abvent Artlantis or Abvent Twinmotion workflows. The user directly imports output from either of those two rendering programs in the form of panos, rendered images, videos and 360-degree videos.
The user then links the media together using “hotspots” and then publishes the Twinlinker experiences to the cloud. Users can then share the immersive experiences with clients and stakeholders via a simple link in an email, or they can make it available on a website.
Twinlinker Basic is available to all Artlantis and Twinmotion users and consists of 5 virtual visits and 100 GBs of storage and 1x shares. Twinlinker Extended is reserved for Twinmotion Service Agreement users and Artlantis 7 users. It features unlimited virtual visits, 200 GB of storage and 10x shares.

Paul, I am not the person to officially answer this but a full point release is typically not a free upgrade the vast majority of software companies. If you purchased your 6.5 license fairly recently things could be different for you specifically due to a recent purchase.
