Building on Vectorworks’ multi-disciplinary strength, particularly in entertainment design, the add-on software application, connectCAD, has been updated to support the latest service pack (SP1) for the latest release of Vectorworks 2018.
connectCAD of Germany
connectCAD is a plugin application for Vectorworks used to turn the popular global CAD/BIM leader’s software system into a professional CAD system for planning complex audio-visual installations.
Used to design small to large exhibitions, casinos, conference events of any size, and misc type events, along with broadcast systems, IT, home automation, and telecommunications infrastructure, connectCAD adds industry-specific tools for addressing these challenges inside of Vectorworks.
01 – connectCAD 2017 v3.3 is now compatible with Vectorworks 2018.
connectCAD 2017 v3.3 supports the newest Vectorworks 2018 German language version and runs on both Mac and Windows platforms. The company reports that their new connectCAD 2018 German version will be out early next year.
Pricing and Availability
connectCAD for Vectorworks cost 773.50.euro (for one license) and includes a year of free updates, including the new 2018 version of connectCAD coming next year.
