No BIM application dominates “The Hammers,” also known as the Construction Computing Awards, more than GRAPHISOFT’s ARCHICAD BIM platform. The seventh year in a row, the Hungarian BIM software leader has taken home the “BIM Product of the Year” award.

AEC Professionals and Peers Vote for Winners

The Hammers are associated with Construction Computing magazine and companies and products are nominated and voted on by industry-wide professionals and real end-users. The focus is on recognizing innovative solutions that are actively deployed and in use today.

Noted for being one of the few awards covering information technologies (IT) in the construction industry, The Hammers are said to be reflective of “actual users” and their experiences with specific products and their delivery.

01 – Graphisoft UK is proud of their accomplishments in the UK AEC market. Leaving an impact, ARCHICAD 21 wins BIM Product of the Year again!

“Big congratulations to GRAPHISOFT for winning ‘BIM Product of the Year’ for the seventh year in a row. A well-deserved prize and a testament to a product that truly embodies the idea of ‘OPEN BIM’ and the power of interfacing with other software products. One of the many reasons our studio chose ARCHICAD,” said Jonas Upton-Hansen, Director, UHA London.

“We are pleased and proud that ARCHICAD continues to be recognized by our users and readers alike in this annual competition,” said Akos Pfemeter, Vice President of Marketing, GRAPHISOFT.  “Our year-on-year success in these awards underscores the value designers attach to the extensive, regular enhancements we make to ARCHICAD,” he added.

Bond Bryan Digital Wins Too

Along with the highly coveted product award won by GRAPHISOFT, the company’s client, Bond Bryan Digital, won a third BIM Project of the Year for the ‘LEGO Architecture meets BIM’ project. A blog series related to the project is available here.
