Luxion announced today at Autodesk University, which runs from November 30 – December 2, 2010, that KeyShot support has been added to several key Autodesk products, including AutoCAD, Alias, Inventor and FBX.
Luxion, a leading developer of advanced rendering and lighting technology and the makers of KeyShot, the first realtime ray tracing and global illumination program, will be demonstrating native import capabilities for Autodesk products, as well as support for industry standard file formats at Autodesk University 2010.
If you are at Autodesk University you can see Luxion’s KeyShot integration with Autodesk products at its own booth (#304) as well as AMD/ATI’s booth (#419). The support for these applications and standard file formats is an immediate result of Luxion’s acceptance to the Autodesk Developer Network.
“Being part of the Autodesk Developer Network is very exciting for us and our customers,” said Dr. Henrik Wann Jensen, Cofounder and Chief Scientist of Luxion. “The Autodesk install base includes many leading companies around the world that have an immediate need to create high-quality photographic images in a very short amount of time. We are happy that we can start to support this community directly by integrating KeyShot with Autodesk’s applications.”
All translators are available on both PC and Mac and will be included in the upcoming update release of KeyShot 2, scheduled to be released later this year. To learn more about KeyShot visit: www.keyshot.com
