Graphisoft Releases ArchiCAD 14 for Greek and Japanese language markets

Graphisoft has announced the Japanese version of ArchiCAD 14. It marks the nineteenth of 26 local versions of ArchiCAD 14’s global release schedule. You can learn more about the Japanese language version of ArchiCAD here.

MADCAD.com News

MADCAD.com has announced the new 2010 California Building Stardards Code, Title 24, applies to all occupancies that will apply for a building permit on or after January 1, 2011. MADCAD.com will feature this code online as part of its online code subscription offerings.

AutoCAD for Mac Postings Around the Bloggosphere

Now that Autodesk has officially released AutoCAD for Mac many CAD junkies are digging into various aspects of its workings. An interesting post about its 3D performance has got us more than a bit curious. Over at Deelip.com, Deelip Menezes writes that in his tests he has shown that AutoCAD for Windows running on Boot Camp on a MacBook has faster 3D performance than the new AutoCAD for Mac running on the same exact hardware.  This is most interesting and we’ll be sure to dig into that issue in the near future.
