“When I established my own practice in 2005, I used it as an opportunity to review all the CAD solutions available at the time,” said Shertz. “Whether I need complex BIM capabilities or straightforward 2D output, VectorWorks Architect offers a flexible tool set, which enables me to take on projects of different sizes without sacrificing functionality or quality.
As a young practice, that flexibility gives me a competitive edge, especially in a turbulent construction market.”
Shertz won the AIA honor for Hollywood Beach House, a new single-family residence located in Chesapeake City, Maryland, which Shertz designed using VectorWorks Architect software.
