Abvent has announced the release of Artlantis 4.1, introducing the brand new integration of the Maxwell Renderer “rendering engine” into this architecture-specific dedicated renderer.

Artlantis 4.1

Abvent has long touted Artlantis as the fastest dedicated renderer for architects. Now the company has teamed with Next Limit Technologies to add the Maxwell rendering engine as an option. Maxwell Render is considered one of the top physical renderers on the market, now Abvent offers a unique combination of speed and physical-based lighting.

01 - Artlantis 4.1 now has an integrated Maxwell Rendering engine as an option.

The Maxwell Renderer option comes complete with its own specific textures and postcards and just as easy to use as the base program. Simply setup your rendering scene and click the button for this specific rendering engine.

Some additional features in Artlantis 4.1 include support for ISO and shutter speed. This features simulates the sensitivity of real film cameras for more realistic results. Version 4.1 also supports HDRI backgrounds and spherical backgrounds, ideal for scenes with highly reflective surfaces.
