Maxon releases new Red Giant Update—Enhanced Unreal Support

Nemetschek’s daughter company, Maxon, has released a big update to its popular Red Giant visual effects software. The new update importantly includes new Magic Bullet updates and better integration with Unreal Engine.

The latest software release boasts some powerful features that are sure to impress. The new Universe bokeh tools render quickly and create stunning blurs, depth of field, and transitions. The Light Ball core projection has been updated to include Real Lens Flares and obscuration, which was a highly requested feature. The color management integration for Magic Bullet Looks has been completely reimagined, providing a seamless experience. The software now also supports Maxon Cloud Capsule in Trapcode. And finally, the new Tracker-Only mode for Spot Clone Tracker is a game-changer, providing even more precise tracking.
