Archicad 28’s cloud-based AI Visualizer—open to everyone for limited time

Archicad 28 Visualizer is now open to everyone for a limited time, reports Graphisoft. Users of AI Visualizer technology can generate exciting photo-realistic visuals using architectural prompts from any hardware setup and platform that runs Archicad 28, the company’s newest BIM authoring solution.

Now hosted in a cloud server, the AI-based rendering technology can tap the power of the cloud and offload AI loads from local computers to generate inspiring architectural visualizations.

Architosh wrote about Graphisoft’s AI Visualizer technology earlier in the year, when it became the first such technology to be deployed throughout the Nemetschek Group. Archicad AI Visualizer is powered by Stable Diffusion and is dubbed an “experimental capability” inside of Archicad.

Archicad 28’s AI Visualizer is cloud-based AI-based rendering technology.

From just a basic set of architectural massing forms, AI Visualizer can fuel your imagination via text prompts that quickly tap the power of Stable Diffusion technology to generate stunning AI-generated imagery that conforms largely to the basic architectural massing models you begin with.

Further text prompts alter the evolving image, adding landscape, people, changes of materials, and tweaks to the architectural form.

To explore this technology, users must download Archicad 28 through the Technology Preview Program. AI Visualizer is exclusive to Archicad Collaborate subscribers. To learn more about AI Visualizer, go here and read our AIA24 report.
