Noted ARCHICAD-Based Architect to Present to New York City Revit User Group

Alexander Hughes, KURV Architecture, will present to a Revit user group in New York City on Thursday, 4 October 2018. His session is titled, “Design Paradigm Shift: Visual Parametrics and their Application to BIM.

Workflow Transformation: Grasshopper, Rhino, ARCHICAD

Mr. Hughes will discuss how he uses parametric algorithms in Grasshopper to create BIM in ARCHICAD. Proficient and expert in parametric 3d modeling, scripting, rendering as well as in computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM), Hughes will demonstrate the powerful workflow they utilize at KURV.

Alex Hughes received his Bachelor in Architecture from Architecture from Universidad Finis Terra in Santiago, Chile, a Diploma in Digital Design from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile, and a Master of Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University in the City of New York.
