Luxion has released Motion Study support for a new release of KeyShot for SOLIDWORKS. Luxion is a leading developer of advanced visualization software and real-time ray-tracing and global illumination software.
Motion Study in KeyShot for SOLIDWORKS
Luxion says designers and engineers need to show how their products work and KeyShot delivers with its ability to create beautiful animations based on products going through their motions or using motion to explain the product assemblies.
Now with the KeyShot for SOLIDWORKS add-in, SOLIDWORKS users are able to turn their assembly simulations into beautiful animations with new support for Motion Studies. Users import their models with all the assembly hierarchy, appearance data, and Motion Study data maintained, then quickly apply materials and lighting, or take their motion further with KeyShot’s powerful camera and part animation capabilities. The new solution is about speeding up product development workflows.

The add-in bridges SOLIDWORKS and Keyshot using Luxion’s LiveLinking technology to make model updates smooth, maintaining all material, light and camera setups.
