BIM Camps in Japan

Nemetschek Vectorworks’ very popular BIM Camps in the United States, which the company recently told Architosh are highly populated by non-Vectorworks users (or those interested but not yet VW users), have taken off in Japan. The series of BIM Camps in Japan are now underway, notes the company on Planet Vectorworks.

These events are hosted by Vectorworks distributor A&A Co. Ltd. and feature lectures on Building Information Modeling (BIM), as well as hands-on training seminars based on a design for a small residence. The first event was held on 25 May 2013 in Takamatsu City and was well attended by architects and designers. BIM Camp in Japan hits 11 cities throughout Japan and continue through June.
