Ideate Explorer enables users to review critical warnings through automated exports of detail and summary data fields, including file size and warnings threshold data. Ideate Explorer’s “Detail View” tool can be used to export general data about selected elements when the tool is used from either the Explore or Navigate tabs of Ideate Explorer. When it’s called from the “Warnings” tab, its displays all warnings data for export. Then click the “Export” button from this dialog to save the data to a *.xlsx, *.xlsm, *.xls, or *.csv file.
Automatically export to a single file
The result of the export from Ideate Explorer is a single tab called “Ideate Warnings Detail” . This includes all of the data shown within the “Detail View”, the”Warnings” dialog, the file name, and the date of the export. Additional data such as the threshold and file size are included when Ideate Automation exports the data.
Support for Power BI
The latest release of Ideate Explorer also offers support for Microsoft’s Power BI business analytics service, using Ideate’s special Power BI template.
