AIA California Council Partners with GRAPHISOFT for BIM

The American Institute of Architects, California Council (AIACC) has announced a new partnership with GRAPHISOFT for the new AIACC BIM Software Member Value Program.

Helping Members Go BIM

The program was created due to an overwhelming response and feedback from small architecture firms requesting access and assistance to BIM software solutions. AIACC has chosen GRAPHISOFT to provide robust BIM tools and training to assist in the delivery of architectural services in shaping  high performing buildings and spaces.

“We’re very pleased to support the AIACC efforts to promote BIM adoption throughout their membership,” said Steve Benford, GRAPHISOFT North America Managing Director. “ARCHICAD is a fantastic option, particularly for small firms looking to take advantage of the many benefits of BIM.”

Special Pricing

Participating AIACC members will have access to preferred pricing on “perpetual software licenses” for ArchiCAD software, training, and a supportive group model to provide comradery and networking with other architects new to BIM.

01 – AIACC and Graphisoft partner around BIM for small firms in the US’s biggest state.

All AIACC members considering moving from another platform and those interested in exploring options to resources they may already have in hand are eligible to participate in this special offer. “One of the most foundational tools in the practice of architecture is the use of software to create drawings of buildings or places, and increasingly, that is powerful integrated BIM software,” said 2016 AIACC President, Michael Malinowski, AIA.

This program officially launches October 28, 2016 and runs through December 31, 2016.
