Sensopia’s innovative iPad app MagicPlan turns 3.0

Sensopia, the makers of MagicPlan, have announced MagicPlan 3.0. The company, with offices in Canada and France, said that MagicPlan 3.0 is a major release with a completely redesigned room assembling module.

A Revolutionary Application

“We wanted to deliver a revolutionary application, with a very intuitive way to capture a floor plan and to publish professional documents. MagicPlan 3.0 is the realization of that vision,” said Pierre Gaubil, CEO of Sensopia.

MagicPlan 3.0 mainly features a completely redesigned room assembly module. Assembling rooms is much faster, more precise and more robust. In addition, MagicPlan delivers a new user-interface, long awaited functionalities like annotations or wall thickness adjustments. A list of updates include:

A Partnership with Home Depot

Sensopia’s app has received a lot of attention from both the business verticals that it can serve and the consumer side. Many companies understood that MagicPlan can change the way they interact with their customers. Sensopia is announcing the first series of significant partnerships, targeted towards the most active markets. This first partnership is with Home Depot.

MagicPlan users can now share their floor plans with The Home Depot and make an appointment with a Home Depot associate. In the store, the associate can retrieve the floor plan to better assist the client. “We received incredible attention from the home improvement business. Announcing our first partnership in that field with a worldwide leader is a sign that MagicPlan can have a significant impact,” concludes Pierre Guabil.
