3Dconnexion has published a case study on the user of its SpacePilot Pro 3D mouse with Autodesk Revit 2012. The case study focuses on Celebrity Custom Homes in Lone Tree, Colorado, which is a premium residential neighborhood builder and developer.
In-house designer Dave Geist has been using Autodesk Revit Architecture to develop and create custom residential designs and construction documents.
“The ability to pan, zoom and rotate simultaneously in the middle of a command is so helpful,” says Geist, “specifically the ability to rotate the model to review without using the keyboard.”
