Vectorworks 2019 appears the first BIM authoring tool to support IFC 4 Reference View Export Certification 1.2 (http://www.buildingsmart-tech.org/specifications/ifc-view-definition/ifc4-reference-view) though Revit 2020 was released in the April time-frame as well with IFC 4 Reference View support.
