Coming Up at Architosh: Harvard, vwARCHITECT, Architosh-2 preview!
Next week we will be getting into some exciting new territory with a preview of Architosh 2 -- the next generation of this site. This will be both a graphic and programming preview of what's to come here by year's end (if all goes well?). Although we were hoping to get to another look at VectorWorksARCHITECT by this week's end, it looks like early next week at the earliest. We will be going over that new add-on product to MiniCAD VectorWorks as well as discussing VectorWorks 8.5. We'll particularly cover comparisons between the vwARCHITECT and the AEC workspaces in VectorWorks 8.5, including many screen shots as well as rendering speedups (if any) in our time trials. How Do Harvard University Architecture Students Work with the Mac (and Do They?) We'll be explaining how many students of architecture are using Macs to do cutting edge work in their architectural studies at the Harvard Graduate School of Design, as well as reporting on other news related to their computing infrastructure and how it supports Macs. And, of course, there will be more news about our industry related to the Mac as well as a surprise announcement! Stay tuned.
