New features in version 2010 include customizable dashboards, put-it-anywhere document management, intelligent folder synching and enhanced integration with Microsoft Outlook, Entourage, Apple Mail, Address Book and iCal.

We own AO2010, it runs on both mac and pc. We use google mail via outlook/ mail etc. AO does not sync with this currently, as such really limits the use of this software. Also AO2010 does NOT sync with a mac! So the ‘advanced integration’ in the article above is just not true. Also installing AO2010 is not straight forward, but this can be done by BQE for a fee. It’s only at that point they mention does not support google mail or mac sync.
